How to Get Certified
Starting in early June, agents can begin certifying to sell Allwell/Centene products.
Log into Allwell/Centene's AHIP site to access AHIP training. Once you're logged in, you can navigate to the "Create a New Account" link under the "First Time Visitor?" section.
Agents must complete the AHIP Fraud, Waste, Abuse, and Compliance Exam. Producers must receive a passing score of at least 90% on the test. Allwell/Centene will accept your AHIP Certification if you have taken the course through another plan sponsor.

You can also order supplies from Allwell/Centene by visiting their sales and quoting resource page. After logging into the agent portal, select "Sales and Quoting Resources" in the menu at the top right of the page. Here you will find brochures, flyers, and a decision making tool that will assist you this AEP.
Ascend Mobile App
Ascend Virtual Sales Office is a secure, real-time, cloud-enabled data platform that packs all the necessary tools for field agents into one convenient app. In order to gain access, agents must complete the following:
- 1Attend the Ascend Virtual Sales Office Quote and Enrollment Training
- 2Pass the Value Based Enrollment Quiz. Results will be evaluated within 7 days of completion. Once the quiz is passed and your Ascend access is approved, you will receive your login credentials.
- 3After enrolling a member using the Ascend App, you can discuss a health risk assessment for preventative care. If he or she is interested in the assessment, you will earn a $50 administration fee.
Call Center of One Program
Every agent has access to Allwell/Centene's Call Center of One program. With this program, agents will complete certification and download the app on their iPad. This unique iPad app will have your national producer number preloaded so that the agent is on record and will be paid correctly. This program only works on iPads and for inbound calls. Agents must complete certification in order to gain access.
Each iPad app will carry a unique phone number. The app must be running at the time in which the member calls. Once the member and agent connect, enrollment can be completed within 5 to 10 minutes. The call will be recorded and no scope of appointment is required. The member will sign for enrollment via verbal signature on the recorded call.
Personal URL Program
Once an agent is contracted and certified, Allwell/Centene will issue the agent a personal URL which can be used in emails or placed on websites and business cards. Members can click on the agents link and enroll directly online. This URL is specific to each agent. The national producer number is preloaded, thus keeping agents on record and ensuring that commissions are paid correctly.
